What benefits do you hope our churches will receive as a result of your work/role at the BRN?

God has allowed me to serve in a variety of ministry settings, and to learn a lot while serving alongside some great leaders. Along with the training I received, I have served in small, mid-size, and large churches, which allows me to understand and relate to all kinds of ministry circumstances and be able to share my experiences from being in different roles and settings. Most of all, I believe my greatest asset is the passion God has given me to assist and encourage pastors, to be a Barnabas, someone who loves Jesus, and cares about pastors and the Church.
