Andy Weber

Director of Finance and Operations

Andy serves as the Director of Finance and Operations for the Baptist Resource Network. He has served with the BRN since 2013 and served Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, N.C., for seven years prior to that, where his role was to oversee the accounting office.

Additionally, he has volunteered in several capacities, including as a church treasurer and Community Group leader, as well as serving at a church plant, in denominational service, and on various church committees.

Andy holds an undergraduate degree in business from Canisius College, Buffalo, N.Y., and a master of divinity degree in pastoral ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

In addition to Andy’s service to the BRN, he is also the founder of Church Financial Management, a ministry designed to assist churches in the areas of financial and administrative management.

Andy is married to his sweetheart, Pam, and they have three children, Katelyn, Zachary, and Madelyn.

A Few Fun Facts about Andy

PASSION

Andy is motivated by all the work that there is to be done in God’s Kingdom, “through which He has equipped us all with different gifts and skills” and is passionate about seeing the BRN being a financial, organizational, and systems example to the churches we serve. He is also passionate about finding ways to reduce excessive and wasteful spending in the local church, as well as creating ways to streamline processes.

HOBBIES

Andy loves spending his spare time with his family and enjoys hunting, fishing, racing, being outdoors, and spontaneous date days with Pam.
