SERVEPASJ PROJECTS
SLV4.05 Hawaiian Luau Celebration for Families (Saturday)

LEHIGH VALLEY, PENNSYLVANIA

The Vine Calvary Chapel

WHO

Swim club members

WHAT

This team will host a luau for families with smash burgers, hotdogs with pineapple and Hawaiian slaw and sauce for a twist. This gathering will create a relaxed, family-friendly environment where swim club members and church volunteers can connect.

WHY

Sitting together over a meal communicates value, gratitude, and presence, showing that our desire to serve extends beyond completing a task. Rather than feeling transactional, the project becomes relational—laying a foundation for ongoing connection between the swim club and the church.  The goal of this gathering is not to preach, but to live out the love of Jesus in a visible and approachable way. Ultimately, the Luau picnic reinforces that our service is rooted in love, gratitude, and a desire to build meaningful relationships that point people toward Jesus.

Your Next Steps:
  • Register yourself and/or your group (Note: every participant must have their own registration)
  • Pray for the cities and surrounding areas of the Lehigh Valley and for your ministry efforts

After you register, you will receive a series of emails with details regarding your event. We will equip you with the information you need to make your experience meaningful.
