Have you ever found yourself up against it? You know, when life takes a left turn or expectations crumble under circumstance.

This book, The Red Sea Rules by Robert J. Morgan was given to me when I was going through cancer treatments many years ago. It was so helpful to get me to not look at the circumstance but to continually focus on God’s truth in spite of the circumstance.

In revisiting the book I found that it is a great resource to help us not only in the times of crisis but for life in general.

In the Prefix, the description for the book says that it contains, “Ten rules for handling dilemmas and discouragements – a divine protocol for handling life when we are caught between the devil and the deep Red Sea. A powerful and effective strategy for coping with the messes and stresses of life.” 

The author has found that “Exodus 14 provides a biblical method to process difficulties by faith, in the light of God’s almighty presence, providence, promises, and power.” 

I’m sure we can all relate to the messes and stresses of life!
