Streamsong Church spends Saturday serving and praying over Kensington community

Last weekend, Pastor Brian Dobak and Streamson Church spent their Saturday serving in Kensington, a neighborhood located in lower northeast Philadelphia, and praying over the community. Please join them in praying for Kensington and for the people there to encounter the hope that only Jesus can offer!

Team from Providence Church Coatesville spends week serving in Mexico

This week, Pastor Josh Crans and a team of 15 individuals from Providence Church Coatesville is in Puebla, Mexico, serving the people there and sharing Jesus as they help run a camp. Please join us in praying for this team from Providence, specifically for them to stay healthy and for the Lord would work through them in great ways!

MINISTRY MILESTONE: Iglesia Rio de Vida celebrates four year milestone

Iglesia Rio de Vida recently celebrated four years of ministry! The church hosted a special celebration service, where guests heard from Pastor Max Garcia and Dr. Barry Whitworth, executive director of the Baptist Resource Network.

Community meal provides prayer opportunities for Wrightsdale Baptist Church

Wrightsdale Baptist Church in Peach Bottom, Pa., recently hosted a meal for families and individuals in their community, during which they served 48 people. Along with providing a meal, volunteers from Wrightsdale also prayed with their guests, shared the love of Jesus, and told powerful testimonies of God’s faithfulness.

Misión Vida hosts first ‘Arise and Shine’ women’s retreat with Alabama Baptists

Misión Vida’s (Bethlehem, Pa.) first “Arise and Shine” women’s retreat was a beautiful time of renewal and partnership. Not only did Misión Vida team up with the Alabama Baptist Women’s Ministry Team for the retreat, but Riverbend Community Church also contributed by providing lunch through John Velarde and the Chik-fil-A in Whitehall. What an incredible time of believers supporting believers!

State College families have a blast at ‘Splash Bash’ hosted by The Fields Church

On Saturday, July 11, The Fields Church in State College, Pa., hosted a community-wide event called “Splash Bash” at Radio Park Elementary. The event provided families and community members with a space to cool off and enjoy water slides, inflatable obstacle courses, popsicles, and other activities. Splash Bash took place in conjunction with Arts Fest, a large scale annual festival in State College, which granted the church even more opportunities to engage their community with the Gospel.

In Memoriam: Rev. Willis A. Brown

Reverend Willis A. Brown was received into eternal rest on July 16, 2026. Rev. Brown served as the pastor of Mt. Airy Baptist Church in Philadelphia and was deeply loved by his congregation.

A Celebration of Life service for Rev. Brown will be held Saturday, July 25, at Mt. Airy Baptist Church, with the service starting at 10 a.m. Prior to the service, guests will be received starting at 8 a.m. for a viewing. An additional viewing will be held on Friday, July 24, at Mt. Airy Baptist Church from 5-9 p.m.
