Hello, BRN Family! It’s good to be with you today.

During the past few years, we have attempted to gather key highlights of our previous year to share with the Baptist Resource Network’s Executive Board, churches, and others.

This year, we decided to compile that information into a booklet that showcases a snapshot of various indicators that show how well we are accomplishing our strategy. To see these early results, we have sent a printed version of the booklet to each church. Alternatively, you can see it online at brnunited.org/impact-report.

In particular, we seek to help churches advance to their next level, moving forward from Restart/Start (beginnings or new beginnings) to Reinvest (reproducing churches that have a Kingdom vision to help other churches), all to accelerate Kingdom movement.

Our vision is that by December 2028, the Baptist Resource Network will be experiencing a flourishing 25% multiplication rate, largely initiated by an interconnected, missionally vibrant core of 75 “reinvesting” churches and ministries initiated through these churches that are seeding out scores of indigenous, harvest-expectant leaders into our diverse mission field.

What do I mean by “reinvesting churches and ministries”?

Reinvesting churches excel at all levels of health, leadership trust, external focus, demonstrated disciple-making and ministry innovation. But they are equally interested in growing God’s Kingdom by helping other churches grow in their healthiness and impact. They tend to understand the importance of sharing their expertise, strengths, and wisdom gained in their own journeys. The BRN seeks to pair reinvesting churches with other churches for greater collaboration and investment in the Kingdom.

Just imagine what could happen if all the BRN churches were excelling like this! We believe it can happen. That’s why we take time to analyze our work!
