NEW BETHLEHEM, Pa., (BRN) – Victory in the Valley is a free Christian music festival in the Redbank Valley put together by several local churches, including Grace Baptist Church in New Bethlehem, Pa.

This year, the festival featured Shadow of the Statue, Natalie Layne, Peter Burton and Selah. The evening consisted of wonderful music, testimonies, times of corporate worship and a gospel presentation by local pastor, Guy Smith.

Smith shared a 15 minute presentation of the gospel in the middle of the evening. He encouraged people to begin a relationship with Christ and explained how to do so. He encouraged people to come talk to him or one of the Victory in the Valley leaders if they made a decision or would like prayer. No one approached him, but we are hopeful that God used this message to change hearts.

This was the largest crowd we have had for Victory in the Valley with over 1,400 in attendance. That is 1,400 people who got to hear the gospel clearly presented, be encouraged by testimonies of what God has done and enjoy fellowship together.
