Whitworth unpacks the LovePASJ Impact Fund State Missions Offering opportunities

Barry Whitworth, executive director of the Baptist Resource Network, explains that donors can give according to their passions in the areas covered by the LovePASJ Impact Fund State Missions Offering.

Hello, BRN Family! It’s good to be with you today! I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for praying and for giving to the Baptist Resource Network’s LovePASJ Impact Fund State Missions Offering.

Inspired by Ed and Mary Price, early church-planting pioneers in PA/SJ, the BRN’s Impact Funds give you the opportunity to make a difference according to your passions. Your giving impacts the following areas of ministry:

Pastoral Wellness, which offers counseling and coaching for pastors; refreshment and recreation for pastors and their families; respite time to allow pastors and their wives to have uninterrupted time away to recharge and reset; pastoral care; and emergency benevolence.

Church Advancement, which accelerates the impact of these church ministries: discipleship, evangelism, Next Level Journey consultations (tools, resources, and training to help the church advance forward to God’s next step in their journey), and regional servicing and networking.

Compassion Ministry, which elevates the ability for churches to meet the needs of people through these ministries: compassion ministry, disaster relief, hunger relief, ServePASJ tours, a network-wide mission trip for churches to join together to impact and engage targeted cities with the gospel, and community engagement.

Next Generation Mobilization, which ensures the next generation of leaders are engaging the gospel with children and youth, collegians and young adults, and ministry interns and apprentices.

Church Starting and Missions Sending, because thousands of churches across the USA are closing their doors every year! We need to engage communities with the gospel and plant healthy and vibrant churches to advance God’s Kingdom! Your gift will equip the network to start new churches and ministries across our region and to leave a greater legacy for the Kingdom through church planting, missions, mission trip opportunities, and other missional outreaches.
