Hey BRN Family, Elizabeth here, and it’s time for the March Top 5!

#1: March is here, so it’s time to sign up for the Advance Evangelism Conference! This conference, helpful for all church members, will be held on March 16 at Calvary Church in State College, Pa. Registration closes at midnight on March 11, so don’t delay!! You’ll want to hear from our keynote speakers, William “Duce” Branch of Southeastern Seminary and Dave Earley, former professor at Liberty University, as well as several practical breakout speakers and powerful worship. Reserve your spot today at advancepasj.com.

#2: You and your church members are invited to take part in the BRN’s Spring Advanced Disaster Relief Training, either on March 27-28 at Bucks County Community Church in Langhorne, Pa., or April 10-11 at Grace Baptist Church, in New Bethlehem, Pa. Advanced Disaster Relief Training is hands-on, on-site instruction for Disaster Relief volunteers who have completed Basic Disaster Relief Training and met the background check requirement. Multiple courses are offered for volunteers. Haven’t done the Basic training? No worries! You can do that all online at brnunited.org/courses. Learn more at brnunited.org/dr.

#3: Back by popular demand! Pastors, current deacons, and prospective deacons are invited to a Deacons’ Training at the BRN Training Center in Harrisburg on April 11 or at Keystone Montgomeryville’s Warehouse on May 2. (A third training will soon be scheduled in the west region, too!) This training will feature four biblical essentials from Acts 6:1-7 for ‘Deacons on Purpose’ as taught by Dr. Ryan Day, pastor of Wrightsdale Baptist Church. Cost is $20 per person (covers lunch and materials). Learn more at brnunited.org/deacons.

#4: On Saturday, March 7, the PA/SJ Woman’s Missionary Union will host its annual meeting, a one-day event that gathers WMU leaders from across our two-state region as well as those passionate about missions to hear about what God is doing through missions locally and globally. Guests will hear from keynote speaker Connie Dixon, the 24th president of national WMU. Cost is $10, which includes lunch. If you’d like to attend, please email [email protected].

#5: Speaking of missions: This week, March 1-8, has been set aside for 2026 Annie Armstrong Easter Offering and Week of Prayer for North American Missions. Please pray for all of our North American missionaries and challenge your church to give and support their work through the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering. Did you know our BRN churches generously surpassed last year’s giving goal of $122,000? Thank you! Learn more at anniearmstrong.com.

Before you go: just a reminder we are continuing our prayer through the BRN’s 52 Weeks of Prayer guide, which focuses this month on the Advance Conference, Disaster Relief’s Advanced Trainings, and the Annie Armstrong Offering mentioned previously, as well as BRN’s communications and Woven Women ministries. Thank you!

That’s all for March. Thanks for watching, BRN Family. We appreciate you and we are thankful for you!
