About this Virtual Event:
The Virtual Training Institute is a resource of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC). These free webinars are part of an ongoing series designed to provide valuable continuing education on topics related to Abuse Prevention and Response. The goal is to strengthen the safeguarding efforts of ministries to protect the vulnerable. Each session features instruction from an industry expert and a live Q&A session with the presenter. All ministry leaders are invited to join the conversation on these important topics, informed by real issues ministry leaders face today.
Overview of this Course:
During this webinar, guests will hear from former US Marshall Director and former NCMEC Director John Clark and Matt Espenshade. Clark and Espenshade will define the term “grooming” and equip ministry leaders with ways to protect the kids in their ministry.
