SERVE WILKES-BARRE/SCRANTON, PENNSYLVANIA

SW22 – Block Party Set up & Tear Down

WHO

We will be serving community members who attend the Block Party as well as the city of Wilkes-Barre.

WHY

To ensure everything is properly set up and ready for the Block Party, which will engage many from the Wilkes-Barre community, as well as to care for the city well by leaving the park in the best shape possible after the Block Party.

WHAT

We will be taking the lead on the set up of tables and chairs in the morning for the Block Party as well as the tear down in the afternoon. While many will jump in and help, this team will be the one ready to help direct and orient the rest of the volunteers so we can ensure a thorough job. This is a ministry to ensure that we leave the city park in the best shape possible!
