SERVE WILKES-BARRE/SCRANTON, PENNSYLVANIA

SW14 – Community Clean-Up

WHO

We will be serving The Heights neighborhood and Restored Church.

WHY

The Heights is the poorest neighborhood in the city of Wilkes-Barre and is where Restored Church calls home. A core value of the church is to to be in the City for the City. A simple way to do that is to help the streets look a bit better.

WHAT

We will be working, praying, connecting, and sharing with sections of this community as we clean up on the morning of the Block Party. Volunteers will invite everyone they come in contact with to join us and then end their journey back at the Block Party to jump in and continue engaging with the community.
