The event also welcomes clinicians\, counselors\, human service providers\, and community agencies who want to build stronger partnerships with churches in the region.\n\nThe summit will include keynote sessions\, guided table discussions\, panel Q&A\, and opportunities to connect and network. An exhibit space will also be available for organizations that provide mental health-related resources and services. The theme for 2026 is “Stronger Together: Bridging Church and Community for Mental Health Support.”\n\nThis year marks a significant expansion of the event’s reach: what began as a Clarion County-focused summit is now the Church Mental Health Summit – PennWest\, designed to strengthen collaboration across Western Pennsylvania.\n\n“Church leaders are often the first people someone turns to when they’re struggling\,” said Pastor Trent Kirkland\, lead pastor of Zion Church and one of the event organizers. “Most pastors want to help\, but many feel stuck—unsure of what to say\, what to do next\, or how to connect someone with the right support.
