SUMMARY:The Timothy Initiative Vision Cast
DESCRIPTION:Pastor Tim Walker of Restored Church in Wilkes-Barre\, Pa.\, invites churches to The Timothy Initiative’s Vision Cast\nOver the past few years\, we’ve seen God work in incredible ways at Restored. It’s incredible to see everyday people taking the gospel into the everyday places where they live\, work\, study\, shop\, and play and seeing them make & multiply disciples there! This was all made possible when we joined a disciple making/church planting movement called The Timothy Initiative. \nBeyond what’s happening at Restored\, we ultimately have a passion to invest beyond Restored by equipping other ministries to multiply disciple makers\, leaders\, and churches in their context as well! I now serve on the USA National Leadership Team for The Timothy Initiative and have the privilege of leading cohorts of disciple making leaders in the Northeast. We just graduated a two-year Cohort of leaders last month\, and we’re looking forward to launching another one in August. \nI wanted to invite you to a Timothy Initiative Vision Cast that we’re hosting at Restored on Tuesday\, June 18th from 10am-4pm. SUMMARY:Internship Preview Weekend at Restored Church
DESCRIPTION:Get a taste of what it’s like to intern at Restored Church in Wilkes-Barre\, Pennsylvania\, Jan. 20-21! \nStarting Saturday\, Jan. 20\, Restored Church is offering students and anyone considering an internship at Restored the opportunity to see first hand what it’s like to be an intern at Restored. Those who attend the weekend will be exposed to the heartbeat and culture of Restored as well as insight into what internship opportunities are availabe at the church. \nRegistration check-in will kick off the weekend on Saturday morning\, 9:30-10.  Students will then get to meet the pastors of Restored\, tour the city of  Wilkes-Barre\, connect with current interns\, and hear stories of transformation from the people of Restored. On Sunday\, students will attend worship and then depart in the afternoon. \nAll food and housing for the internship preview weekend will be provided. \nRegistration is required prior to this event.
