Ryan Day was recently installed as the senior pastor of Wrightsdale Baptist Church in Peach Bottom, Pennsylvania. He came to Wrightsdale from Grace Baptist Church (from the General Association of Regular Baptist Churches) in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, where he served for twenty years, six years as associate pastor overseeing a thriving youth ministry followed by nearly 15 years as senior pastor.

In that top post, Day led Grace Baptist in hosting a local television broadcast as an outreach to their predominantly Roman Catholic community. The church produced the weekly 30-minute programs completely in-house.

The church also hosted Church in the Park, holding Sunday services in local community park, as well as other creative outreaches.

Baptist Resource Network’s Executive Director Barry Whitworth, former Associate Director Stan Smith, and Church-Planting Consultant Michael Nerger offered words of encouragement and challenge at Day’s February 23, 2020, installation. Various Wrightsdale members, including ministry leaders and the pulpit search committee, also used the occasion to pray over Day and his future leadership.
